Cancellation & Returns Policy
Sylva Botanics
This policy applies to one-time purchases and subscription-based orders placed through the Sylva Botanics website. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws in your country of residence.
1. Order Cancellation (One-Time Purchases)
You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, the order will be handled in accordance with the Returns Policy below.

2. Subscription & Recurring Purchase Cancellation
If you purchase a product using a recurring or subscription-based option, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by:

Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Delivered items will be subject to the Returns Policy below.
Sylva Botanics reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription options. Where required by law, customers will be notified in advance.
3. Returns – Physical Products
Returns are accepted in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and other applicable consumer protection laws.
Eligible returns:

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in full
Non-returnable items:

Opened or used products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons

Products damaged due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
5. International Orders (Including EU, USA & Canada)
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:

customers are responsible for return shipping costs

any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are non-refundable
Sylva Botanics is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
