Orders are processed within up to 5 business days after payment is received.

All products are handcrafted in small batches. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may vary slightly. I appreciate your patience as each order is prepared with close attention to detail.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, selected products, and order size.

I work with trusted courier partners to provide reliable delivery services. Available shipping options may vary by destination.

From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.

United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
International orders (where available): delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond my control, including customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where available), allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at

I will work closely with my courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue and ensure you feel supported throughout the process.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means all applicable import duties and clearance fees are paid in advance and included at checkout.
No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.

Sylva Botanics is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
