Shipping to the United States
All orders shipped to the United States are sent using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) courier service.
This means:
• all customs duties and import taxes are paid in advance,
• there are no surprise fees on delivery,
• your parcel arrives like a domestic shipment,
• tracking is included with every order.
I choose DDP shipping so your experience stays simple, transparent and stress-free.
Because international delivery from the UK to the United States includes prepaid customs handling, secure tracking and priority processing, shipping costs are significantly higher than standard domestic postage.
For this reason, orders over £100 are not eligible for free shipping.
Unlike standard international shipping, DDP requires duties and import fees to be covered before dispatch. These costs increase with parcel value and weight.
Instead of adding hidden fees later, I include these costs upfront to make sure your order arrives safely and without delays.
I believe this is the most reliable and transparent way to ship internationally.
If you have any questions about delivery to the United States, I'm always happy to help.
